Songfa Alloy materials Co. Ltd, established in 2000, is a high-tech enterprise in producing electrical contact materials, which is located in Songjiang, Shanghai with plant area 20000 Square Meters and more then 300, 000, 000RMB investment. We are specializing in researching, developing and producing various kinds of silver alloy contacts, wire contact, contact rivet, plate contact, metal composite sheet contact, contact component , gold and silver jewelry etc. Through our efforts, our company introduced a complete set of advanced solid phase bonding equipments and set up composite materials workshop in 2007, which produces more than 50, 000tons of various kinds of metal composite materials. As one of the best electrical alloy contact factory in East China, we always cooperate with famous institutes from both home and abroad which offers us technical support and further development.
Our company attaches major importance to talent introduction and equipment update. Until now, we have about 100 staff with 10 senior engineers and other admin staff and have had got series technical achievements; we also have hundreds of production equipments which are used in every process of production, such as: 800ton IGBT digital hot extruder, 300Mpa isostatic cool pressing machine, 450 hot rolling mill and 600 cold rolling mill, precious strip-foil mill and so on, which has been greatly improving our efficiency and product quality. Our complete physical-chemical test center provides guarantee to products¡ ¯ quantity control.
Our electrical alloy materials in various specifications are the following: silver-tin oxide-indium oxide, silver-tin oxide, silver-nickel, silver-cadmium oxide, silver-zinc oxide wires, silver-copper composite strips, plate, silver-copper composite rivet, etc. Our production quality is more than 100ton.
